A year-long community for women
Never leave a part of yourself behind.
Your Work. Your World. Your Wisdom. All of you — grounded within yourself, powerful in every room you enter.
Where this starts
You didn’t lose yourself. You just stopped permitting yourself to want.
You have done everything they told you to do. Every course. Every strategy. Every book that promised it would finally click. And something is still not working — not because you missed something. Because none of it went deep enough.
The issue was never your skills. It was never your intelligence. It was never that you weren’t ready. It was that somewhere along the way, you learned it wasn’t safe just to be you — and your whole system adapted to that.
That adaptation cost you something specific. You stopped being able to hear yourself.
Not because the knowing left. Because fear and intuition feel almost identical in the body — the tight chest, the shallow breath, the pull low in your gut. A nervous system braced for impact cannot tell the two apart. So you freeze when every cell is saying go. Or you call your anxiety “a bad feeling,” make a decision from it, and spend the next three months cleaning up after a fear you mistook for wisdom.
Safety is not the goal. Safety is what makes the knowing audible again.
And here is what no one talks about: that adaptation doesn’t stay at work. It follows you home. Into your relationships. Into the quiet moments when you wonder what you actually want — not what you’ve achieved, not what’s next on the list — what you want. For your life. For yourself.
You have been living in two halves for so long that the split feels normal. The version of you that leads and delivers and holds it all together at work. And the version of you who is still figuring out who she is when no one is watching.
Grounded is where those two halves stop being halves. Where you become one woman — whole, regulated, and grounded in the truth of who you are — no matter what room you walk into.
Gently. Steadily. In community with women who know exactly what you mean when you try to explain it.
Why I built this
My intuition is my greatest strength. When I listen to it and follow it, it has never once failed me.
I have the masters in counseling. I have the training in trauma, in the nervous system, in why human beings do the things they do. And the truest thing I know did not come from any of it. It came from the years I spent learning to trust the part of me that already knew — and the years before that, when I overrode her and paid for it every single time.
That is what I teach now. Not “trust yourself” as a slogan. How to recognize the knowing in your body, tell it apart from the fear that mimics it, and act on it with your head and your heart working together instead of against each other. How to hold faith in that knowing when the room disagrees, when the people who love you think you’ve lost the plot, when there is no proof yet — only the quiet, steady yes.
Everything I have done has brought me here. Grounded is what I built with all of it.
— Denise
Who this is for
You are accomplished on paper and exhausted underneath it. You have the title, the track record, the reputation for getting things done — and a quiet sense that it is costing you more than anyone knows.
You have stopped speaking up the way you used to. Not because you ran out of things to say. Because the room taught you it wasn’t safe — and some part of you is still running that old lesson every time you open your mouth.
You can no longer tell the difference between your fear and your knowing. Both arrive as the same tight chest, the same racing thought. You have overridden your gut and regretted it. You have trusted a certainty that turned out to be panic in a good outfit. You want a reliable way to know which one is talking.
You are not looking to be fixed. You know there’s nothing broken. You are looking for a place where you are truly seen — and where the work finally goes beneath the surface.
You have poured everything into your career — and somewhere along the way, your personal life, your relationships, the parts of you that want and dream and feel deeply got quietly set aside. You are ready to reclaim them.
You have a sense — call it intuition, call it knowing — that there is a version of you more whole than the one you are living. You want to find her. You want to trust her. You want to become her.
What’s inside Grounded
Grounded is a container you stay in, not a program you finish. A monthly grounding call that meets the real world in real time. A private community that stays alive between calls. A library of programs across your work, your world, and your wisdom that grows every single month. And — at the coaching level — two calls a month where your actual situation gets direct attention, plus Come Back to You, your somatic tool the moment you need it.
All of it lives on Skool, designed to meet you exactly where you are.
This is the heartbeat of Grounded, and every member has it.
Once a month we come together and I walk you through a somatic tool to get you grounded — out of the spin in your head and back into your body, where your knowing actually lives. Then we use it on what’s real. Not a theory pulled from a book. Whatever is happening in the world, in the culture, in the air we are all breathing right now — we bring it to the call and move through it together.
This is teaching, not private coaching. You learn the tool. You practice the tool. You leave with something in your hands you can use at 9pm on a Tuesday when the next call feels far away. The whole room regulates together — and there is something that happens in a group of women breathing their way back to themselves that you simply cannot reach alone.
Come live for this one. It’s built around the moment you’re in, which is exactly what a recording can’t give back to you later.
Ask the question you have been carrying. Share the win no one in your office would understand. Process something out loud with women doing the same deep work — women who will show up for you. On Skool, between calls and around the clock.
The program library
Her Work. Her World. Her Wisdom. Plus Where You Are and the Pivotal Life Decisions series. Every pillar holds current programs, tools, and resources — with new content added every month. What you see here is the beginning, not the whole of it.
A word on how these fit together. Her Work and Her World are the doors most women walk through first — they’re what she thinks she came for. Her Wisdom is the thread running through both. Intuition in your work is knowing when to speak and when the room hasn’t earned your voice. Intuition in your world is knowing what you actually want. Intuition in your wisdom is trusting the knowing itself. Same woman, running clear through every room.
For the woman who leads — and is learning what it costs her when she leads without herself.
For the woman who has been so busy achieving that she forgot to ask what she actually wants.
For the woman who is ready to stop second-guessing the part of her that has never been wrong.
Going deeper — the coaching level
These are not webinars. They are real conversations where your real situation gets real time. The performance review that stung. The decision you keep circling. The relationship that needs a version of you that finally feels safe. You bring the specifics. We go in.
Live, recorded, and transcribed. Show up live when you can. Catch the recording when life happens. Either way, you’re never behind.
Something happens at 9pm on a Tuesday. A conversation that didn’t go the way you planned. A moment that knocks the wind out of you — and the next call is days away.
You don’t have to white-knuckle it.
Come Back to You is a somatic regulation tool built exclusively for Grounded. It meets you the moment you need it — no waiting, no scheduling, no spinning alone in your head. It walks you through your breath. Helps you feel what’s happening in your body before you try to think your way out of it. And when you’re regulated and ready, it walks you into what’s next.
Because the work doesn’t stop between sessions. And neither does your support.
You always gather a community of women who are eager to make their lives better and support others who want to do the same. This not only creates a safe environment, but one with positive energy. When one person has an ah-ha moment, everyone celebrates — and can learn from and apply it to herself.Lynne Franklin
A note before you decide
You are not broken. There is nothing to fix.
The work inside Grounded is not about self-improvement in the traditional sense. It is about retrieval. The woman you have been waiting to become — she did not disappear. She got quiet. She got careful. She learned to make herself smaller in rooms that did not deserve her full size.
She also learned to leave pieces of herself behind. At the office door. At the dinner table. In the relationship that needed a version of her that felt safe. In the mirror, when she stopped asking what she actually wanted.
Grounded is where she starts to remember herself. All of herself. Not just the leader. Not just the high achiever. The woman who feels deeply, loves fiercely, trusts her knowing, and refuses — finally — to leave any part of herself behind.
Not because you push or force or perform. Because you finally have a container safe enough to feel it, and a community steady enough to hold you while you do.
You begin when you begin. The only wrong moment is waiting for one that feels perfect.
Investment

Frequently asked questions
Start where you are honest about being. If you want the teaching, the tool, and a room of women to grow alongside, the community level is a real yes — not a lesser one. If you know your growth happens when someone can see your specific situation and coach you through it in real time, the coaching level is built for exactly that. You can move up whenever you’re ready.
The grounding call is teaching. I walk the whole room through the somatic tool and we apply it to what’s happening in the world right now — everyone learns, everyone regulates, together. The coaching calls are yours. You bring your actual situation and we go into the specifics. One builds the skill. The other applies it to your life, out loud, with me.
Every call is recorded and transcribed. You will never fall behind because life happened. Show up live when you can — the grounding call especially rewards it, since it’s built around the moment we’re all in. Catch the recording when you can’t. Either way, the work is waiting for you.
Grounded is a coaching program, not therapy. The work here is forward-focused: understanding the patterns that are keeping you stuck, building the awareness and tools to move through them, and stepping into the fullest version of yourself. If deeper therapeutic support is something you need alongside this work, I will always encourage you to seek it. The two are not in competition.
Yes. There is no wrong time to begin. The library is self-paced, the community is always active, and the calls pick up wherever the group is in the work. You will not be behind. You will simply be beginning — which is always the right place to start.
Yes. Uncertainty about how far you’re willing to go is not a reason to wait — it is exactly where we begin. You don’t need to have it figured out before you arrive. You just need to be willing to start.
